Koolitus “Sensitive approach of gender in international voluntary service” toimub La Ferté-Sous-Jouarre’s 21. – 28. september.

Koolitusele on oodatud osalema kõik 18-30 aastased huvilised, kes tahavad saada uusi teadmisi ja keda huvitab antud koolituse teema.
Eestist saab koolitusele minna 3 osalejat.

Antud koolitusel on osalustasu 20€ ja liikmemaks 20€, kui osaline pole veel EstYESi liige.
Majutus ja toitlustus on korraldajate poolt tagatud ja osalisele tasuta.
Alguses tuleb ise tasuda kõik transpordiga seotud kulud, pärast saab tagasi 275€.

Objective of the study session:

This training aims at reinforcing voluntary service organizations’ capacities to develop and promote gender equality sensitivity in European volunteering and international work camps.

The final goal of this study session is for the participants to produce a gender awareness-raising tool and find a way to introduce it in their organization.

 Methodology of the study session:

The selected methodology is active and participative; it will include the whole time the participants in the sharing of findings, the joint construction of answers and sometimes in the joint construction of the pedagogy itself. This is why the methods which will be used will alternate theoretical times and fun challenges (games, role-play situations, etc…).

This methodology, based on the reinforcement of non-formal education values, training sessions, workshops, debates, and the structure of the training will encourage active involvement of all the participants in order for them to develop competencies and new tools to mainstream a sensitive approach of gender and gender equality in their organizations.
