NEETWORK in action – quality in EVS for NEETs

Training course „NEETWORK in action – quality in EVS for NEETs“
25.-31. October 2015, Estonia

„NEETWORK in action – quality in EVS for NEETs“ is a training course which is part of the long term programme “EVS as a TOOL for NEETWORK” which aims to support young people’s transition from NEET to EET (in education, employment or training) by involving more NEETs in quality EVS projects.

In this training course we will go more deeply into finding how to support young people who do not work or study and how to use EVS in a pathway approach.

As an expected result of this training course the learners will:

  • feel ready to assess learning needs of young people and feel more capable to design tailor-made EVS learning process for NEETs as a part of a comprehensive learning path;
  • have identified ways how to reach out to young people who are NEET and feel more confident to work with them;
  • have identified opportunities and challenges of their current work with NEETs and EVS and will gain motivation to further develop in this area;
  • understand partnership in EVS as an equal relationship and be able to act accordingly;
  • be able to locate their own needs and resources within the partnership network and the project in general.
